This is my list of favorite albums (and one EP) for the calendar year of 2015. No live albums or compilations were allowed. The list started at well over 60 albums and honestly ALL of them should have made this list. This final 33 went through MANY changes up to the last second! There is very little difference to me between number 1 and number 33 on this list. These albums are all THAT great. I’ve linked the name of the album to a website where you can purchase the album or find out more information. I cannot believe that my #1 album of 2015 is from a band that disbanded recently. This album came out in January and blew me away. It withstood every release after it to hold onto the top spot. There’s not a better way for Arcane to go out than with this masterpiece that plays like a Greatest Hits album. Good luck to each member.
